The rights in this collection held by Margarita Mazo are governed by copyright for the full duration under copyright law. Additionally, Molokan materials may not be duplicated without Mazo's permission. According to acquisitions forms on file with AFC, after Mazo's lifetime, permission for duplication of Molokan materials must be granted by the Molokan communities of origin. Rights belonging to third parties may be governed by copyright and other restrictions.
