Summary	Interview conducted for the Veterans History Project 2003. This collection contains audio recordings, civilian papers, clippings, correspondence, creative works, a diary, military papers, mixed manuscripts, mixed periodicals, unit histories, a transcript, and photographs relating to Leonard John Kovar's service in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. The majority of this collection consists of correspondence between Kovar and his family, some of which was written while Kovar was a prisoner of war.
