Actor, comedian, singer, host, entertainer. Born Dino Paul Crocetti in Steubenville, Ohio. Partnered in comic duo with comedian Jerry Lewis from 1946-1956. As Martin and Lewis, the comic team featured in successful radio and television shows, motion pictures, and comic books. Following the team's breakup, Martin continued a successful career in film, as a singer of hit records, and as a popular night club entertainer. He starred as host of the Dean Martin Show for nine seasons from 1965-1974. The Celebrity Roast was a weekly feature of the final season, and continued independently as a series of television specials through 1984.
