Biographical Note
Jim Metzner is an American radio producer and field recordist best known as the creator and producer of nationally syndicated shows such as Pulse of the planet, Sounds of science, and You're Hearing America. He also produces features for NPR and other public radio programs. Metzner has been recognized internationally for his contributions to radio and recorded sound.
