Scope and Content Note
The John Broven Collection documents the work of a music historian. Correspondence, photographs, and publications demonstrate Broven's professional work at Juke Blues Magazine, Ace Records (UK), and as an author. Included are personal papers that highlight Broven's interests and relationships.
The collection is organized into five series, from largest to smallest extent: Ace Records, Writings, Research, Miscellaneous, Personal Files.
