The papers of Raymond Leslie Buell, educator, lecturer, and publicist, active in international affairs, were given to the Library of Congress as a permanent deposit by the Houghton Library of Harvard University at the request of Buell's wife, Frances Buell, in 1983.
Processing History
The Buell papers were processed in 1991. The finding aid was revised in 2010.
