The Causten-Pickett Papers were given to the Library of Congress in 1954 by Beverley Humphreys Harris, Hetty Vawter Tebbs and Edwin Vawter Harris. Later gifts were made by Beverley Humphreys Harris in 1955, Henry Bartholomew Cox in 1969, and Hannah Cox in 2007.
Processing History
The Causten-Pickett Papers were arranged and described in 1956. The finding aid was expanded and revised in 2011.
