Acquisition Information
The papers of Bernard A. Schriever, were given to the Library of Congress by Schriever and his wife, Joni James Schriever, in 2005 and 2007. Material deposited by Schriever in 2005 was converted to a gift that same year. Additional material was given by Gerard A. Doyle and George W. Stein in 2012.
Processing History
The papers of Bernard A. Schriever were processed in 2011 by Laura J. Kells with the assistance of Ernest Emrich, Lindsey Abigail Howard, and Tammi Taylor. An addition was processed and the finding aid revised by Rachel McNellis in 2024.
Transfers
Audiovisual material has been transferred to the National Audio-Visual Conservation Center where it is identified as part of the Bernard A. Schriever Papers. Patrons are encouraged to contact the National Audio-Visual Conservation Center in advance of a research visit.
