The papers of Charles Albert Brown, chemist, food technologist, and historian of science, were given to the Library of Congress by Browne in 1939 and by his widow, Louise McDanell Browne, in 1948.
Processing History
The papers of Charles Albert Browne were preliminarily processed in 1949. The collection was reorganized and described in 2008. The finding aid was revised in 2012.
