The papers of Alton B. Parker, lawyer, judge, and Democratic Party presidential candidate, were given to the Library of Congress by his widow, Amelia C. Parker, and his granddaughter, Mary H. Oxholm, in 1958. Additional items were acquired through gift and purchase, 1960-1971.
Processing History
The Alton B. Parker Papers were processed in 1960. Additions were made in 1979 and the collection was revised in 2009.
