The papers of Laurence A. Steinhardt, lawyer, economist, and diplomat, were given to the Library of Congress by his widow, Dulcie Steinhardt Beau, in 1963. Additional material was given by the American Jewish Archives in 1983.
Processing History
The Steinhardt Papers were processed in 1963. An addition was made circa 1983 and the finding aid was revised in 2005 and 2012.
