Parts II and III are minimally processed and organized as received from the ACLS and most of the original folders have been retained. Because the physical order for Parts II and III is not in sequence with series and file descriptions, an Excel spreadsheet was created listing the intellectual contents of material together with its container location and the container list was generated from that. Readers should be aware that because a controlled vocabulary was used to create the spreadsheet and finding guide, the labels on the original folders do not always conform to their description in the listing of the material.
