Aquisition Information
The papers of Helen Thomas, journalist, were given to the Library of Congress by Terri Deleon and Judy Jenkins in 2015 on behalf of the Estate of Helen Thomas.
Processing History
The papers of Helen Thomas were processed and described in 2018 by Colleen Benoit Kim with the assitance of Chanté Flowers, Kathleen O'Neill, Kim Owens, and Tammi Taylor. The finding aid was revised in 2021 to reflect restrictions lifted from the collection.
Transfers
Audiovisual materials have been transferred to the Motion Picture, Broadcasting and Recorded Sound Division where they are identified as part of the Helen Thomas Papers.
