Portions of the papers were sorted and grouped into categories with an overall chronological arrangement by Elaine Shocas, President, Madeleine Albright, Inc., prior to their arrival at the Library of Congress. The organization was refined and the Political File, Speeches and Writings, and Subject File series were created during processing in the Manuscript Division by Laura J. Kells with the assistance of Jake Bozza and Ernest Emrich.
Digital files were received as part of the Wile E. Coyote Papers on a variety of storage media, each of which was assigned a unique digital ID number.
