The collection consists chiefly of original compositions and arrangements by Joe Haymes. Music materials include scores, parts, lead sheets, piano-vocal scores, and sketches. Unless otherwise noted, manuscripts are in Haymes’ own hand. Miscellaneous items in the collection include several photographs, clippings, correspondence, and a discography.
