The collection was given to the Library of Congress on January 4, 1999 by Richard Rodzinski, Rodzinski’s son.
Processing History
The Artur Rodzinski Collection was processed by Amber Thiele, a CIRLA Fellow in the Music Division, on January 2008. This finding aid was prepared with Corel WordPerfect 9. In 2009, Nancy Seeger edited and coded the finding aid for EAD format.
Transfers
Fifty-seven LP audio discs from the Artur Rodzinski Collection have been transferred to the Library of Congress Motion Picture, Broadcasting, and Recorded Sound Division, where they are identified as part of the Artur Rodzinski Collection (MAVIS collection no. 10935). An inventory of this material is available in the Music Division's collection file.
