The Anita O'Day Papers were processed by Thomas Barrick in 2012. Thomas Barrick coded the finding aid for EAD format in 2012. Christopher Hartten updated the finding aid to include digital files in 2022.
Transfers
Sound recordings were transferred to the Library of Congress National Audio-Visual Conservation Center, where they are identified as part of the Anita O'Day Collection (MAVIS no. 14516). An inventory of this material is available in the Music Division's collection file.

Digitized images of scrapbook pages from the Anita O'Day Papers have been assigned the digital ID numbers ODayA_001 through ODayA_006. Use the digital ID numbers to request access copies of the files. Access to digital content may be available onsite only in the Performing Arts Reading Room and requires advance request. Consult reference staff in the Performing Arts Reading Room for more information.
