Stephanie Akau, Jane Cross, Pamela Murrell, Loras Schissel, and Morgen Stevens-Garmon processed the Leonard B. Smith Papers in 2019. Akau, Cross, and Stevens-Garmon coded the finding aid in 2019-2020. Cross added two boxes of music in January 2023.
Transfers
Two 8mm films and 444 audio reels and analog cassettes from the Leonard B. Smith Papers have been transferred to the Library of Congress Motion Picture, Broadcasting, and Recorded Sound Division where they are identified as part of the Leonard B. Smith Papers (MAVIS no. 17588). An inventory of this material is available in the Music Division's collection file.
