Summary | Jerry Marrion began working at the Arkota Ballroom in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in 1969. The venue received and retained publicity photographs of musicians and ensembles who performed there, most of which represent the height of the Big Band era. Marrion saved the photographs in this collection from disposal in 1980 and kept them for more than forty years. |
