Processing History
Jane Cross and James and Lilian Pruett Graduate Research Fellow Matteo Sammartano processed the American Conservatory at Fontainebleau Records, and Cross and Anthony Edwards authored the finding aid in 2023. In 2024, Cross added several Alumni Bulletins, publicity brochures, a program, and a 1923 student file.
Transfers
Two sound recordings from the American Conservatory at Fontainebleau Records have been transferred to the Library of Congress Motion Picture, Broadcasting, and Recorded Sound Division. An inventory of this material is available in the Music Division's collection file.

The Smithsonian Institution holds the Clarence Brodeur Papers Relating to the Fontainebleau Schools, a collection that includes governance documents, writings, subject files, clippings, catalogs, programs, and photographs.
