13-14 Two arena directors with a fancy dancer with two things on the ground. I believe the two grounded items are held in the dancers hands while dancing. If regalia is dropped or falls off during a dance, a special procedure is called for; this may be such an event. Or, the dancer felt ill. I don't know.
