This 37 volume publication is sponsored by the project Women's Rights in law and life (Projeto direitos da mulher na lei e na vida), which is developed by CFMEA, a non-governmental organization that gives support and legal advice for women's organizations within the National Parliament in order to promote participation in the law making process. The newsletter is used to link CFMEA and the groups, giving information about the ongoing processes of law proposals, the status of proposals already submitted and collecting the organization's thoughts for further proposals. The collection consists in 21 issues: No. 1 (March, 1992), No. 7 (June, 1993) to No. 23 (January, 1995), No. 26 (April, 1995), No. 28 (Special Edition, June, 1995), No. 29 (June, 1995).
