BOX 379-397			Commoner was the founder and director of the Center for the Biology of Natural Systems (CBNS), an environmental health sciences research center created in 1966 and based at Washington University, where Commoner was a faculty member. CBNS moved to Queens College, City University of New York in 1981. Queens College changed its name to the Barry Commoner Center for Health and the Environment in 2015. More files pertaining to CBNS are in both the 1990 and 2019 Additions. Commoner continued in a leadership position. The file includes material on nuclear testing and the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, and their publications C.E.
