The series also contains correspondence from and material concerning United States presidents, first ladies, and presidential candidates, including Franklin D. Roosevelt, Eleanor Roosevelt, Lyndon B. Johnson, Lady Bird Johnson, Bill Clinton, and Hillary Rodham Clinton. Correspondence at the end of the series features letters from Democratic members of Congress, public officials, and other prominent members of the party.
