Speeches, itineraries, schedules, calendars, and chronologically arranged folders of Pelosi public events that usually include planning material, speech notes, and items from the event. Also included is a large file for the 2009 Presidential inauguration.
Arranged alphabetically into two subseries: Chronological File and Speech File.

Documentation of speaking appearances, awards and honors, charity events, meetings, celebrations, ceremonies, fundraisers, congressional meetings, conferences, forums, and campaign events. Also includes daily schedules and invitations to serve on boards or honorary committees. Dates of files oftentimes refer to the date of the event, however, files will typically include documentation of plans leading up to the event or follow-up activities. Prominent files include those related to women’s rights, AIDS, the LGBT community, human rights, the Dalai Lama, and Inauguration Day 2009. Material types include speeches, itineraries, planning files, correspondence, schedules, calendars, agendas, meeting requests, invitations, statements, remarks, and programs.
