Letters are arranged chronologically by year of Congress and by issue thereunder. In some cases, response letters from recipients are included, as are administrative notes from Pelosi's staff regarding compilation of signatures or drafts to a particular letter's content. Later years include spreadsheet summaries documenting the date, office of origin, and addressee of each letter.

Form replies used by Pelosi's office in response to constituent and citizen concerns and inquires regarding particular issues. The subseries is primarily composed of response letters in their final form, though some drafts, notes, and edits by Pelosi and her staff are included. All represent outgoing form replies from Pelosi's office, with the exception of one 2007 file, which contains messages from citizens regarding the war in Iraq and President Bush. Researchers may wish to reference the Reports and logs subseries to see weekly counts by issue of pending form replies in response to constituent and citizen communication with the office between 2003 and 2006.
