In most cases, the original correspondence is attached to the report. The logs in this subseries are primarily digests of constituent and citizen correspondence dating between 2003 and 2006, though the file contains gaps in the dates. Listed in the logs are weekly counts by issue of pending form reply letters prepared in response to constituent and citizen communication.
