and material relating to Hoffman’s unpublished memoir, “Lives of the Poets.” Some
drafts of the memoir are in digital format as word-processed documents. Also
included is poetry and prose written by Hoffman as a student, and drafts of “With
Walt Whitman in Russia” and related material.
