The Personal File contains a small collection of material concerning Finkelstein's college years and family. The most notable portion of this series includes writings, notes, and clippings from Finkelstein's time as an undergraduate at Queen's College, New York. The writings are of particular interest, containing poems and letters written by him and a classmate which reveal a brief glimpse as to how Finkelstein viewed himself at that time. Also included are papers related to his family.
