BOX 212 Wise guy

Unproduced, 1956
Apparently based on Cleveland Amory’s 1952 book, Last resorts; the earlier title, The last resorts, was the first of Berlin’s two attempts to write a musical about brothers Wilson and Addison Mizner; the second attempt, 4 years later, was based on Alva Johnson’s The legendary Mizners, and first entitled Sentimental guy, and later, Wise guy.
