		This series consists of manuscript and printed scores, parts, sketches, and method books for works that Paganini and other composers created between 1829 and 1935, the majority of which date from 1818 to 1832. The manuscript scores for Paganini’s Quartetto no. 11 in B major, Quartetto no. 12 in A minor, Quartetto no. 13 in F major, and Quartetto no. 14 in A major are especially notable, as are a number of sketches for some of his unpublished works. This series also includes published copies of select variations, quadrilles, fantasies, and airs for violin that Paganini composed. The works by other composers include method books based on Paganini’s technique by Carl Guhr and Roberto Mantovani, several fantasias that J. Moscheles dedicated to Paganini, and T. B. Phipps's arrangements of six airs by Paganini.
