Subject Files, 1864-2000
|
|
Subjects include people, institutions, locations, events, and ideas that Cyrilla
Barr researched during her work on Elizabeth Sprague Coolidge's biography, Elizabeth Sprague Coolidge: American Patron of Music. Articles, clippings, correspondence, excerpts from books, notes,
programs, and publicity materials chiefly comprise the materials, and many are
photocopies. However, Gian Francesco Malipiero's correspondence with Albert
Sprague Coolidge is autograph. Coolidge's grandson John Coolidge gave Barr this
correspondence and several other original documents. |
