An anti-Bulgarian satire, reflecting Greek sentiment against the self-proclaimed "Tsar" of Bulgaris, Ferdinand, who was also the instigator of the Second Balkan War.

Germany went through a period of high inflation following World War I. Published July 30, 1922, perhaps in Aux ecoutes.
