Contracts, correspondence, financial and legal documents, promotional materials, and other items pertaining to the activities of Billy Strayhorn Songs, Inc. (B.S.S.I.) and its president, Gregory Morris. With the exception of royalty statements, the majority of these materials date from after Strayhorn's death.
