Scope and Content Note
Postings to accounts receivable and accounts payable showing account name, date of journal entry, journal folio number, description of transaction, description of merchandise, quantities, amounts credited and debited, and account balance. Some volumes contain alphabetical indexes of account, customer, and client names.
